Application : applicable to the pre-welding diathermy of stainless steel compound boiler bottoms or the direct induction soldering of compound boiler bottoms as well as the soldering of electric hot-tubes at the boiler bottom.

Parameters : four-position and two-position are at option at a production of 10 pieces per minute, which is twice the speed of imported ones while the price is only 1/3-1/5 that of the imported counterparts.

Scope of set-forming : frequency conversion mainframe (including devices for temperature measurement and PID closed-loop temperature control), combined sensors, push-out mechanism, furnace mantle, cooling water tank as well as hydraulic pressure vertical tank.
